Ready Steady Go Kids Tasmania is raring to go for Term 1 2025! BOOK NOW and try a Ready Steady Go Kids class for FREE! New members are welcome at any time across the term and are entitled to a FREE trial! It is a great opportunity to see if Ready Steady Go Kids is the right fit for your child.

Ready Steady Go Kids is a super fun, indoor multi-sport program for 1.5 - 6-year-olds - now with 4 fabulous venues covering major parts of Southern Tasmania: Moonah Sports Centre, The Cricket Hub Tasmania, New Norfolk Sports Centre and our new venue in Rokeby at the Bayview Secondary College.

The Ready Steady Go Kids program was designed by a paediatric physiotherapist and occupational therapist and aims to build confidence and self-esteem in children, while also providing a platform of knowledge and boosting school readiness skills. With Ready Steady Go Kids, your child will develop greater self-confidence, enhance their self-esteem and gain a real sense of achievement, all of which shape their physiological wellbeing!



As part of the interactive program, children will have the opportunity to engage with 10 different sports - ensuring a continued interest in the program! Highlights include Athletics, AFL, Basketball, Cricket, Golf, Hockey, Rugby, Soccer, Tennis, and T-Ball. By engaging with a broad range of sports, your child will enhance their gross and fine motor skills, increase their sporting knowledge and be encouraged to participate in sports.

The Ready Steady Go Kids program also incorporates basic counting and colour concepts, encourages teamwork and sportsmanship, builds social skills and develops listening skills and concentration. All of which improve your child's preparation for school.

Importantly, the class capacities range from 10-14 children and have a maximum of 1:7 instructor to student ratio. This means more attention for your child and better learning outcomes!

All classes are held indoors - so you can be certain that every class will always go ahead as scheduled.
