Bottle feeding at 19mths

Hi I'm struggling to wean our 19m old daughter off the bottle she has one at day nap and one of a night. I have removed the dummy with no issues but bottle is a problem. My chn said bottle to be removed by age 1 but she never told me that to her one year checkup. If I got told prior as I was getting her weighed every month i recon I could've achieved it. Since then she's been sick off and on so she has relied on that as she isn't attached to a comforter or toy.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated thankyou in advance
