Jemma has a special place in her heart for sensitive children and supporting them, helping them to heal and grow. As a mum to 3 girls of her own she knows what it's like when they get overwhelmed and unable to regulate themselves.
That's why she has created specific ways to teach children of all ages to create a calm mind and body.
The way this course will run is 1x 30 minute in person relaxation session each fortnight, with parent support and tools via email. It will also include recorded meditation audios to encourage a good nights sleep.
