The ArtStart exhibition at QVMAG returns in 2024, highlighting works by primary school students from Northern Tasmania. Open to students from kindergarten to Grade 6, this year's theme, "Keep the fire burning! Blak, loud and proud," aligns with NAIDOC's focus on First Nations culture. Students are invited to explore pattern, texture, and materials in various mediums. Curated by Launceston Church Grammar School students, the exhibition encourages children's involvement in visual arts, supported by the Terry and Nan Woodward ArtStart legacy.
