You're invited to the Mobile Antarctic Classroom's 2024 Festival Tour, coming to regional Tasmania! This engaging experience brings Antarctica to you with interactive presentations on Antarctic and Southern Ocean science, complete with demonstrations, activities, and a snow tent. Before the Australian Antarctic Festival in nipaluna/Hobart (22–25 August), the Mobile Antarctic Classroom (MAC) will be touring with support from Events Tasmania and the Mawson's Huts Foundation. Join us for one of two sessions: 3:00–3:30pm or 3:30–4:00pm. Explore Antarctic science and follow in the footsteps of Sir Douglas Mawson. Book your ticket and enjoy a fascinating, hands-on journey!
